Fair questions
It only reads the label, Form or Sheet you point it at. Not your whole mailbox, not your sent items, not anything you didn't choose. It has read-only access and cannot send email as you.
Submissions are parsed on your own computer, inside your browser. Nothing reaches our servers unless you press “Save to Dashboard”. If you never press it, we never see a single candidate.
Consent is enforced in the product, not in a policy document. You cannot message a candidate who hasn't opted in, every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and every opt-in and opt-out is logged with a timestamp so you can prove it.
